Australia
Lead generation and follow-up for Australian service businesses.
I run the Facebook and Instagram ads that bring enquiries in, set up one GoHighLevel pipeline that holds them, and build the follow-up that answers every one by email, so more of your enquiries become booked appointments without waiting for you to be free.
Built around the Spam Act 2003: a consent checkbox on your enquiry form, your business named in every message, and an unsubscribe link in each one.
No call required. You get a one-page plan whether or not you work with us.
Every enquiry gets an answer.
What the follow-up system does for your business, without waiting for you to be free.
What we've done, reported in context.
G-SYNQ has worked with one Australian client before, a B2B training business. No results from that work are published, so I don't quote any. The results I can show come from other markets, with client names left out. See every result on the Work page →
182 leads at $17.11, into a CRM we built
A manufactured-home dealer with two brands: the ads, the lead form and nine live follow-up workflows, inside its $15 to $40 target.

Campaigns running at 1.67% to 2.39% CTR, against 1.03% to 1.30% on the account's earlier ads.

The system is the same for each. The form questions, the wording and the follow-up are set up for how your customers decide.
Real estate agents and home sellers →
Every buyer or vendor enquiry answered straight away, even when you're at an open home. There's no Australian real estate result yet; the US dealer and the Singapore agent on our Work page show the same system at work. Read the property agent guide (written for Singapore agents, same follow-up) or the US home dealer write-up.
Clinics, aesthetic and dental →
Ahpra's summary of the advertising requirements says they apply to any person or business advertising a regulated health service, that advertisers are responsible for content others produce for them, and that advertising must not use testimonials. There are separate guidelines for higher risk non-surgical cosmetic procedures. So your clinic approves every word in the ads, pages and messages, and nothing I write quotes a patient. There's no Australian clinic result yet. Read the clinic follow-up guide.
Any service business →
If people ask for a quote, a consultation or a visit before they buy, the system is the same: ads if you want them, one pipeline, and a reply to every enquiry straight away.
Training and B2B services →
Course providers, trainers and B2B firms whose buyers ask questions before they enrol or sign. This is the one industry where G-SYNQ has had an Australian client. The free review is where I'll tell you plainly what I'd set up for yours.
Australian rules I build around.
Facts from the regulators' own pages, not legal advice. Check how they apply to you with your own adviser.
Email: the Spam Act 2003.
The ACMA's guide to avoiding sending spam says you need consent, express or inferred, before sending marketing emails or messages, even when someone else sends them for you, and that it's up to you to prove it, so keep a record of who gave consent, when and how. Each message must identify you as the sender with correct contact details, and its unsubscribe must be clear, free, working for at least 30 days, and honoured within 5 working days. I add a consent checkbox to your enquiry form, name your business in every message, and put an unsubscribe link in each one that stops messages straight away.
Calls: the Do Not Call Register.
The Do Not Call Register covers most unsolicited telemarketing calls and marketing faxes. Businesses check, or wash, their calling lists against it, have 30 days to recognise a new registration, and a business that arranges the calls can be in breach too. The follow-up I build doesn't make calls, and I don't set up automated texts or WhatsApp. If your team phones leads, the register is yours and your adviser's to apply.
Close to your hours.
I work from the Philippines: the same clock as Perth, and two to three hours behind Sydney and Melbourne depending on daylight saving. The automatic replies don't wait for anyone's working day. Requests received by 3pm Singapore time get their plan the same business day; later requests, the next business day.
Read the detail first.

Here's what happens next.
Review.
You tell us how enquiries reach you. We send a one-page plan.
Build.
If it's a fit, you get a clear quote first. Then we set up your system and test it with you.
Go live.
New enquiries start getting answered straight away. If we're running your ads, they launch once you've approved the copy.
Who this is for
A good fit if you:
are an Australian service business that gets enquiries from ads, forms or your website, and find follow-up slips when the week gets busy.
Not a fit if you:
take most bookings as walk-ins, or already have a follow-up system you're happy with.
A few practical questions.
Do I have to switch CRMs?
It's built in GoHighLevel. If you already use another system, we'll tell you in the review whether it's worth switching.
Who owns the account and the data?
Your system is built in a dedicated sub-account inside G-SYNQ's GoHighLevel agency, covered by the monthly fee. Your contacts and data are yours, and you can export them at any time.
Do I need to be running ads?
No. The follow-up system works on every enquiry from your page and lead forms, whether or not you run ads. If you run Facebook or Instagram lead form ads, we also connect your pipeline back to Meta so your ads can learn from it.
Is ad spend included?
No. If we run your ads, you pay Meta directly for the ad spend, separate from our fee.
How do the automatic messages reach people?
By email, to enquiries that come in through your enquiry page or your Facebook and Instagram lead forms. If most of your enquiries arrive on WhatsApp or by phone, tell us in the review and we'll tell you what the system can and can't do for them.
What does it cost?
It depends on what you need. You'll get a clear quote after the review, before anything is built.
Which Australian rules do you build around?
The Spam Act 2003 for email and the Do Not Call Register for calls, as the ACMA and the register describe them in the section above. I add a consent checkbox to your enquiry form, name your business and its contact details in every message, and put an unsubscribe link in each one. How the rules apply to your business is for you and your adviser to confirm; I don't give legal advice.
