GoHighLevel · Singapore

GoHighLevel set up as one working follow-up system for your Singapore business.

I set up GoHighLevel so your enquiry page and your Facebook and Instagram lead forms feed one pipeline, a booking calendar connects to your own calendar, and every enquiry is followed up without waiting for you. You get a clear quote after a free review, before anything is built.

Built and tested by Frenz Adrian Sarabia, founder of G-SYNQ, working from the Philippines with clients in Singapore, the United States, Australia and the Philippines.

No call required. You get a one-page plan whether or not you work with us.

What I set up in GoHighLevel.

Not a list of features. One route from the first enquiry to the booked appointment, tested with you before it goes live.

01

One pipeline for every enquiry.

Your enquiry page and your Facebook and Instagram lead forms land in one pipeline, not separate inboxes. GoHighLevel has a Facebook Lead Form Submitted trigger, so a form fill can start the follow-up the moment it arrives. You see every lead and the stage it's at.

02

A booking calendar on your own calendar.

Leads get a link to book a time, and the booking lands in the calendar you already use.

03

Follow-up that runs on its own.

A personal reply straight away and a notification to you. A confirmation, then reminders a day before and an hour before. A rebooking message and a task for you if they miss it. A reminder to send the next step after you've spoken. Opt-outs stop every message, on every channel.

04

Lead stages sent back to Meta.

If you run lead form ads, Meta is told each time a lead moves forward, using the Pipeline Stage Change trigger and Facebook Conversion API action in HighLevel's own walkthrough. You can see which ads bring leads that go further. Meta's documentation lists at least 200 leads a month before it can optimise on that signal, so for most small businesses the visibility comes first and the optimisation later.

05

Tested with you before launch.

Setup and testing are done for you. We run the whole route with you before any real enquiry goes through it.

Whose account is it?

Straight answers on the part people usually ask about first.

01

A dedicated sub-account.

Your system is built in a dedicated sub-account inside G-SYNQ's GoHighLevel agency, covered by the monthly fee. Your contacts and data are yours, and you can export them at any time.

02

Already on another system?

If you already use another CRM, say so in the review. I'll tell you whether switching is worth it, and if it isn't, I'll say that too.

Set up for how Singapore enquiries arrive.

A few things I set up differently for Singapore businesses.

01

Email for the automatic messages.

The automatic follow-up goes by email, to enquiries from your enquiry page and your lead forms. If most of your enquiries arrive on WhatsApp or by phone, tell me in the review and I'll tell you what the system can and can't do for them.

02

Consent and opt-outs.

Every contact can opt out at any time and is stopped across every channel, and consent is recorded under PDPA. For messages to Singapore phone numbers, the PDPC's Do Not Call guide requires a DNC Registry check unless the person has given clear and unambiguous consent. That's for you and your adviser to apply; I build the opt-out side.

03

Singapore hours.

Requests received by 3pm Singapore time get their plan the same business day; later requests, the next business day.

01

Nine workflows for a US manufactured-home dealer.

We built the ads and the CRM the leads land in: one business with two brands, each with its own sub-account in one CRM. For the buyer funnel we published nine workflows on 27 July 2026, covering enquiries, nurture, follow-up and lead grading. The lead form asks budget, timeline and preapproval, and those answers map into CRM fields. The ads brought in 182 leads at $17.11 each, inside the approved $15 to $40 target.

02

Our own pipeline.

We run our own pipeline on the same follow-up system: booking confirmations and reminders, no-show recovery, after-call reminders and opt-out handling.

Who this is for

✓

A good fit if you:

are a service business in Singapore that gets enquiries from ads, forms or messages, and find follow-up slips when the week gets busy.

✕

Not a fit if you:

take most bookings as walk-ins, or already have a follow-up system you're happy with.

A few practical questions.

Do I have to switch CRMs?

It's built in GoHighLevel. If you already use another system, we'll tell you in the review whether it's worth switching.

Who owns the account and the data?

Your system is built in a dedicated sub-account inside G-SYNQ's GoHighLevel agency, covered by the monthly fee. Your contacts and data are yours, and you can export them at any time.

How do the automatic messages reach people?

By email, to enquiries that come in through your enquiry page or your Facebook and Instagram lead forms. If most of your enquiries arrive on WhatsApp or by phone, tell us in the review and we'll tell you what the system can and can't do for them.

What does it cost?

It depends on what you need. You'll get a clear quote after the review, before anything is built.

Is it compliant with privacy rules?

Every contact can opt out at any time and is stopped across every channel. Consent is recorded under PDPA. Contact details sent to Meta are hashed before they leave your system, as Meta requires.
