One business, two brands, one CRM · Leads objective · Meta Instant Form
United States
Lead generation and follow-up for US service businesses.
I run the Facebook and Instagram ads that bring inquiries in, set up one GoHighLevel pipeline that holds them, and build the follow-up that answers every one by email, so more of your leads become booked appointments without waiting for you to be free.
Our strongest result so far is American: 182 leads at $17.11 each for a manufactured-home dealer, into a CRM with nine live workflows.
No call required. You get a one-page plan whether or not you work with us.
Every inquiry gets an answer.

Who I work with in the US.
The system is the same for each. The form questions, the wording and the follow-up are set up for how your customers decide.
Real estate and home sellers →
Home dealers, agents and anyone selling a big-ticket home purchase. The dealer build above is the template: a lead form that asks budget, timeline and preapproval, each answer in its own CRM field, and follow-up that treats a ready buyer differently from a browser. Read the dealer write-up, or the property agent guide (written for Singapore agents, same follow-up).
Clinics, aesthetic and dental →
More treatment inquiries become booked consultations, and your practice approves every word before anything goes live. I haven't run a US clinic yet, so there's no US clinic result here, and the dental page on our Work page is a concept for a sample business, not a client. If your practice needs a HIPAA business associate agreement for how inquiries are handled, raise it in the review before anything is built. Read the clinic follow-up guide.
Any service business →
If people ask for a quote, a consultation or a visit before they buy, the system is the same: ads if you want them, one pipeline, and a reply to every lead straight away.
Training and B2B services →
Course providers, trainers and B2B firms whose buyers ask questions before they sign up. I have no US training result to show yet, so the free review is where I'll tell you plainly what I'd set up and what I wouldn't.
US rules I build around.
Facts from the regulators' own pages, not legal advice. Check how they apply to you with your own attorney.
Email: CAN-SPAM.
The FTC's CAN-SPAM compliance guide asks for accurate header information, honest subject lines, a clear label when a message is an ad, a valid physical postal address, a clear way to opt out, and opt-outs honored within 10 business days. It also says you stay responsible even when someone else sends for you, with penalties of up to $53,088 per email. Every automatic email I set up carries your postal address and an unsubscribe link, and opting out stops every message.
Calls and texts: the TCPA.
The FCC's guide to unwanted robocalls and texts says an autodialed or prerecorded call or text to a wireless number needs the person's consent, commercial texts need written consent, and telemarketing calls to a home are not allowed before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m. That's one reason the automatic follow-up I build goes by email. I don't set up automated texts or WhatsApp. If most of your leads call or text you, tell me in the review and I'll tell you what the system can and can't do for them.
Your hours, not mine.
The automatic replies don't wait for anyone's working day. I work from the Philippines. Requests received by 3pm Singapore time get their plan the same business day; later requests, the next business day.

Here's what happens next.
Review.
You tell us how inquiries reach you. We send a one-page plan.
Build.
If it's a fit, you get a clear quote first. Then we set up your system and test it with you.
Go live.
New inquiries start getting answered straight away. If we're running your ads, they launch once you've approved the copy.
Who this is for
A good fit if you:
are a US service business that gets leads from ads, forms or your website, and find follow-up slips when the week gets busy.
Not a fit if you:
take most sales as walk-ins, or already have a follow-up system you're happy with.
A few practical questions.
Do I have to switch CRMs?
It's built in GoHighLevel. If you already use another system, we'll tell you in the review whether it's worth switching.
Who owns the account and the data?
Your system is built in a dedicated sub-account inside G-SYNQ's GoHighLevel agency, covered by the monthly fee. Your contacts and data are yours, and you can export them at any time.
Do I need to be running ads?
No. The follow-up system works on every inquiry from your page and lead forms, whether or not you run ads. If you run Facebook or Instagram lead form ads, we also connect your pipeline back to Meta so your ads can learn from it.
Is ad spend included?
No. If we run your ads, you pay Meta directly for the ad spend, separate from our fee.
How do the automatic messages reach people?
By email, to inquiries that come in through your inquiry page or your Facebook and Instagram lead forms. If most of your inquiries arrive on WhatsApp or by phone, tell us in the review and we'll tell you what the system can and can't do for them.
What does it cost?
It depends on what you need. You'll get a clear quote after the review, before anything is built.
Which US rules do you build around?
CAN-SPAM for email and the TCPA for calls and texts, as the FTC and FCC describe them in the section above. The automatic follow-up goes by email, with your postal address and an unsubscribe link in every message. How the rules apply to your business is for you and your attorney to confirm; I don't give legal advice.
